Kieran Hickey

Founder & Mediator

Kieran is an ARC trained mediator, also trained with the Mediation Foundation of Ireland, and sits on IPMO’s Family Committee board. He holds a degree in Human Rights from the University of Limerick and an auditing qualification from the Institute of Public Administration. Before mediation, he spent 20 years in front-line law enforcement, bringing deep experience in conflict de-escalation, impartial fact-finding, and supporting people through emotionally charged situations skills that translate directly into calm, fair mediation practice.

Caitriona Redmond

Mediator

Catriona is a qualified mediator with diverse professional experience spanning law, finance and customer service. Over two decades in client-facing roles including banking & financial services have honed her ability to manage sensitive conversations and stay professional under pressure.

She’s certified in general and family mediation, trained with the Mediation Foundation of Ireland and ARC Mediation. She holds an LL.B in Law and an Advanced Diploma in Applied Employment Law.

Ciara Stapleton

Mediator

Ciara is a trained mediator who believes difficult conversations can lead to positive change. Her calm approach creates a safe space where people communicate openly and work towards fair solutions.

She’s completed mediation training with the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland and the Irish Professional Mediators’ Organisation, and holds a Family Law qualification from the University of Limerick. Her background in mental health work and raising three adult children brings genuine empathy and insight into family dynamics.

Ciara volunteers with her local Family Resource Centre and promotes mediation in her community.
